*sigh* Everyone back home is either at DaiCon in Cyberjaya or Cosfest in Singapore, and here I am, stuck at home on a Sunday, wondering whether or not I should go out to buy groceries or not. =.= Damn you guys and your impossibly exciting lives.
On a related note, I'm flailing around and panicking and running-into-walls-freaking-out over my Code Geass cosplay photoshoot next weekend. @____@ Among the things I had to deal with are cosplayers dropping out last minute, grovelling to kickass cosplayers to fill out roles, scheduling the shoot itself, and killing myself with worry over if my costume will arrive on time. >____<
Wish me luck, folks, and hope the anxiety doesn't kill me before/during the shoot. XDI HAVEN'T EVEN STYLED THE WIG YET OMGGGG~
Also on a related note, THE DATE AND VENUE FOR COMIC FIESTA 2009 HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED!! *____* OMGOMG *flail summor* I really hope I get my graduation ceremony done and over with before the event!
Random Thought of the Day:
I just finished marathoning Macross Frontier two nights ago with my friend (staying up til 4am, wtf *___*) and I'm psyched over the idea of MF cosplay (as if this series hasn't already been cosplayed to death, and as if I didn't have enough plans on my to-do list already! XD).
I admire Sheryl so much and think she's just so awesome. I wish I was more like her -- I wish I had her assertiveness and charisma and determination. And some of her costumes are just irresistibly gorgeous. XDDD But to be honest, the character I related to most was Ranka ... both of us are kinda pathetic the way we overly depend on people's opinions, lack confidence (and look up to Sheryl >.<), but have accomplished a lot with our own abilities. =P Plus, I think it would be easier for me to carry off a cute, meek character than a strong, confident character. =___="

Exams aren't over yet, and I'm already planning my 'holidays'. XD *shrug* Oh well~
Instead of While stressing out over my Advertising paper next Monday, I was thinking of traveling interstate for conventions around the country. =) I have my own reasons for these, which I've elaborated below, but I thought it'd be a good idea to ask my wise and benevolent Flist what they think, as well~
Poll #1416928 interstate conventions?
Open to: All, detailed results viewable to: All, participants: 2
( rationale~!! XD )

IT'S LIKE TAMAKI AND OURAN ALL OVER AGAIN. 8DDDD
I WANT TO WATCH THIS MOVIE LIKE BURNING. *_______* WHERE ARE THE SUBS?!
To be honest, the movie actually looks quite interesting! A Host Club by night, and Nursery School by day! XD I don't even mind watching the raw version!
The movie is called Shinjuku Kabukichou Nursery School (if I'm not mistaken >.<) and the official website is here. ^^

I ... actually prefer Jack and Choucho's voices over the original Vocaloids Kaito and Miku. D=
Please don't murder me, die-hard Vocaloid fans ...

EMINENCE ARE GOING TO BE PERFORMING AT SYDNEY ON THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER?! O__________O
I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE ANYMORE, I AM SO THERE.
Somewhat related to my previous entry ... Eminence Symphony Orchestra, based in Sydney, are responsible for the Romeo x Juliet soundtrack, plus a lot of other games and animes, too, including Final Fantasy and a bunch of Blizzard games. =P
ETA: OMG. It's five months away, there's NO GUARANTEE I'm going, and it totally depends on whether I have enough money to go and if I have nothing important on in September, but ...
I'M TOTALLY PSYCHING MYSELF UP TO GO. XD I just remembered that the only Kinokuniya in Australia is in Sydney, and my brain is hemorrhaging just thinking of the manga I've been deprived of buying, ahahaha~ XD
I am fail. I need a life. =.=

I just finished watching the anime adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, aptly named Romeo x Juliet ...
( I AM SO EMO RIGHT NOW IT'S NOT FUNNY. >_< I'M SERIOUS. )
I'm going to write a fangirly rant on this series as soon as I can organize get my thoughts coherently. XD
ETA: For those who'd like a small clue to WTH I'm talking about, here's a helpful anime trailer:
SPOILER: Several scenes from that trailer weren't in the actual anime, though. XD

La Corda d'Oro ~secondo passo~, continuation from the first season, was released yesterday, and fansub groups have already subbed and uploaded it. XD Damn, they're fast~ Not that I'm complaining ... I think I started quietly giggling to myself when it finished downloading, but enough about my depraved fangirlishness. ONWARDS TO THE BISHIES REVIEW! ^^
( La Corda Part 2: Episode #1 review, with spoilers, screencaps and squeeing! XD )
I am told that ~secondo passo~ will only run for two episodes, though. >___< WRRRY IS THIS SO?! *sigh*
